Safe, fun and healthy activities —indoors and out— to stimulate and engage both body and mind.


To complement our Nourish to Flourish curriculum and the AIM High series, we offer healthy, fun and safe activities that participants of both programs can experience and enjoy.

Whether it’s yoga classes on Wellness Wednesdays, helping to grow their own food by tending to our salsa garden, or joining our TGIF Friday events like karaoke, gaming and movie nights, the teenagers are provided many different opportunities to mix and mingle with both mentors and peers.

In conjunction with participating businesses and organizations, we also offer a variety of choices for physical activity: tennis, fishing, rock climbing, hiking or biking. 

We believe that the ability to socialize and interact with like-minded young people interested in making positive choices for their overall health and well-being will help offset the many daunting and negative challenges they are faced with each day.
