What you see when you look in the mirror is the direct result of the decisions you made yesterday and all the days that preceded it. If you’re not happy with what you see, making better decisions TODAY will help reflect a better you TOMORROW. #choosewisely #healthiswealth #forkdisease “If you don’t like where you are, then MOVE. "If you want to be successful in life, you need to give up the extra weight. Stop hanging out with pessimists and lazy people because their low energy will seep into your life. Surround yourself with only those who raise your level of living. You need to live with vibrant, focused, extremely active people who live with purpose and work hard for their dreams." - from FEARLESS MOTIVATION

Check out this double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial of fifty 12- to 17-year-olds with moderate to severe acne. Half got a sugar pill; the other half got the equivalent of about a teaspoon of dried barberries three times a day for a month.
