AIM High

Ages 13-18

Real Skills. Real Conversations. Real Confidence.

Growing Into Who You Are

The teenage years are full of discovery, change, and decisions that shape the future. AIM High creates a supportive environment where teens can ask questions, explore challenges, and develop the skills to navigate life with greater confidence.

Through Advocacy, Inspiration, and Mentorship, this free seven-week series brings teens together with trusted professionals and community leaders for honest conversations, practical learning, and meaningful connections.

Life Skills for the Real World

Each week introduces a new topic designed to help participants better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and make informed choices.
Sessions combine interactive presentations, group discussions, and opportunities to learn directly from experienced community professionals.

The Power of Mentorship

Sometimes the most meaningful lessons come from hearing another person’s story.

AIM High introduces teens to people who share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. These connections help participants see new possibilities for themselves while learning the value of empathy, responsibility, and supporting others.

What to Expect

Sessions typically meet Mondays, 4:30–6:30 PM. Healthy snacks are provided, and the series concludes with a certificate celebration recognizing participants’ accomplishments. See the program calendar for current session dates and availability.

Confidence That Carries Forward

AIM High is more than a collection of workshops. It’s an opportunity to find your voice, build friendships, and discover that you have something valuable to contribute.

Many participants continue their TNPF journey through wellness and social activities, and some return to mentor and encourage the next generation.
