AIM High

Building confidence. Finding direction. Leading with purpose.

Leadership Starts Here

Growing up comes with big questions, new challenges, and opportunities to discover who you are. AIM High gives teens and young adults a place to explore those experiences, develop practical life skills, and connect with people who encourage them to reach their potential.

Rooted in Advocacy, Inspiration, and Mentorship (AIM), our programs bring together guided conversations, interactive activities, and community professionals to help participants build confidence, strengthen communication and decision-making skills, and develop meaningful relationships that extend beyond the classroom.

Two Programs. Different Stages. Shared Purpose.

AIM High

Ages 13–18

A seven-week leadership and life skills series helping teens navigate relationships, manage challenges, advocate for themselves and others, and develop the confidence to make thoughtful choices.

AIM High+PLUS

Ages 17–25

A seven-week series connecting young adults with the tools, guidance, and community relationships to navigate careers, finances, personal wellness, and the transition toward greater independence.

Learning That Goes Beyond the Classroom

AIM High brings together experienced professionals, trusted mentors, and young people for conversations that matter. Participants gain new perspectives, practice real-world skills, and discover that leadership begins with understanding themselves and how they connect with others.

More Than a Seven-Week Experience

The relationships and skills developed through AIM High don’t end with the final session. Participants are encouraged to stay connected through TNPF’s free wellness, fitness, creative, and social activities. Many graduates return as volunteers, mentors, and peer leaders, helping create the same sense of belonging for others.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here

Everyone has something to contribute and room to grow. AIM High offers a supportive community where young people can find their voice, discover new possibilities, and build the confidence to take their next steps.
