• The fee for a 10 X 10 marketing space is $100. If you are a member of the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, then the fee is only $50.

• Vendor set up begins at 8:00am. Participants must provide their own equipment, including a table, chairs if necessary, easy up shade cover, electrical power if needed and anything else to support your booth. Everything you display must fit within your assigned 10x10 foot area.

• There is no sharing of the space. The company signing the application is the only one allowed to do marketing or to utilize the space in any way.

• No space is secured until the proper insurance requirement and payment is made in full.

Payment, a million dollar certificate of insurance and endorsement (binding the Cert. of Insurance) naming The Noble Path Foundation, its Officers, Agents and Employees as additional insured, must accompany this application. Call your local insurance agency for details.

Please note: Your insurance will not be accepted without the endorsement.

We hereby enter the above entry at our own risk and will abide by all rules and regulations of the High Five For Fitness event. We further agree that if any damages occur from any cause, the booth, merchandise, decoration of articles that we may enter with this entry, we will make no claim therefore against The Noble Path Foundation and we further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Noble Path Foundation against any legal proceeding for personal injuries or property damage arising from an accident of any cause whatsoever. I also agree and understand that my company is the only company utilizing and marketing in the space. I am aware and understand that I will be asked to leave the High Five For Fitness event, with no refund of payment, should I have another company or companies marketing or utilizing at my space.
